Cardinet is inspired by Rue Cardinet where our chef, Ying lived in Paris when chasing her dream and passion in pastry. She graduated from École Grégoire-Ferrandi situated in the 6th arrondissement of Paris.

The reason why I started on this journey is because I wanted make a birthday cake for a friend and it slowly turned into a hobby which now has become my profession. In 2015, I made a decision to go to Paris in order to pursue my dream and passion to become a Pastry Chef. I studied at École Grégoire-Ferrandi and completed my internship at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris. In 2017, I relocated to London to continue my career as a Pastry Chef and have gained valuable experience working at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Sketch London.
We aim to serve modern French patisserie with the freshest and highest quality seasonal ingredients. Our goal is to create pastry that is not only visually satisfying but also delicious to your palate.
